I am really a beer nut & we are back at the Saucer for another night of beer treats. Tonight is mystery night, in which they bring you a surprise beer for just $2! I say 'just $2' in the manner our favorite lady at Lai Wah's says the total charge for almost illegally cheap chinese food. 'Only twelve dolla!' Wow, can't beat that, plus you get to watch her scamper around the restaurant whisking tea about & being generally funny..oh and she always knows how to help me choose what I want to eat.
This marks our third trip to the Saucer in a week. I love it! You walk in and immediately you're greeted with the incredible smell of wheat, hops, malt...a wonderland of greatness...sort of like when Willy Wanka is showing the kids around the factory. If I didn't know better, maybe I'd try to eat the table for mistaking it to be a beer nuget.
Kinky will be here, along with former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura! Wow. I think I'm more excited about Ventura, but maybe we'll come & check the Kingster out. Hell I'm no judge & I could use more learning about the candidates in general. Sarah is emailing me a statement to me from his website regarding the whole sexual predator comment he made.
