Tuesday was filled with trying to get rid of some stuff; clean out what I don't use. It sits and collects dust. Sometimes when I get into these kinds of modes, things just seem to move from one location to another. But in the process of doing that, I ran into some old pictures. You can

throw out things, but not your friends. I think this one is when John, Todd, Jesse and I lived in Suite 128. Of course, Mike also lived with us, and Chris, but they aren't in this picture. Well, Jeff lived with Todd first, and then he moved out and Mike moved in. But there's no way to tell which roommate was living in Suite 128 with this picture. And if there is a way, somebody else would know it because I don't have a very good memory. Todd doesn't either. So if John in any way knows the answer to the question I just posed, maybe he could help us out. But we'd have to wait until he gets back home.
As I was saying... throw out your stuff, but never your friends.

I got an interesting call Tuesday. The photography studio I sent a resume to called me back. I called them back after missing the call. And they want me to come in Thursday for an interview. The position is Associate Wedding Photographer. I really have no experience photographing weddings, but they said bring in my documentary photographs. Their style, as is the style of many photographers these days, is documentary (or photojournalism). I have a lot of these kinds of photographs, some of which I shared with you below in the photo contest. I'm excited, and right now I'm in the process of putting together an official, for the first time ever, portfolio. Sarah's helping me because I really am afraid of botching the whole project. Last night we mainly cut the prints from the photo paper borders. Tonight we'll get the rest done.
This new style of blog is kind of exciting as well. Sarah helped me with this also. But it's to accommodate a new calendar on the right sidebar. If you want to see what I'm doing, just take a look.
Meme had surgery yesterday as well... and she was doing great afterward. We went to see her and gave her a plant for her room. This one was for her back because of some discs that were pinching nerves. I think once this is done she'll feel much better. In other news, Robin will officially graduate from college this summer (although she won't walk until December...if she walks at all). But I'm happy for her.
It's the start of a new week. Ugh! No, I mean cool. Only 5 more days until my weekend again!

I love entries like this, especially with the pictures... really takes me back to college and reminds me of the way things were...
