First Impressions

It's funny how, the more I thought about it, advertising that you see on television or hear on the radio is just like the advertising we do every day to people that we meet. Especially when we're at a job interview, successfully selling yourself is what's going to get you the job. But it's a two-way street and buying into a person or a company is based on what someone sells us.

On Speak Podcast, we'll hear from Sean who bought into a boss. Find out what happened and how it affected him. Cathy Brooks, business developer for Seesmic.com, and Michael Silverton, a new media user, also weigh in to give their thoughts on how buying and selling of personalities can be risky business.
