Super Sunday

There are a few Super days this week: today, which is Super Bowl Sunday. Then there's Tuesday, which is Super Tuesday. That's the big political day where 20-someodd states will participte in their primaries for the presidential race this year.

I must admit that I'm caught up in both of these Super events. The Partiots could make NFL history today with a simply perfect season. As far as this election year, well, who couldn't be excited about this Super historical race?

It makes me think of what else is Super in our lives. I have to say that the month of January is my least favorite month. It follows the Christmas season and the hype surrounding it. So January is this huge let down! But once it passes, that's super. I always look forward to the warming up after winter...so that too is super! There's nothing like wearing shorts and opening up the windows for the first time. And there's also nothing like turning the heater off and saving money on the damn electric bill - that is so super. Our bill lately has not been super.

I'm sure I had many more Super things to say here, but the thoughts escape me as I'm involved with Super Bowl pre-coverage. Ryan Seacrest just interviewed Hugh Laurie from 'House' and it was super bizarre.
